Are The Paper Goods Store's boards food-safe?

Definitely! The Paper Goods Store's boards are lined with food grade material to ensure safety upon contact with your cakes. Furthermore, our boards are grease-proof and hence easy to clean!

How do I choose the right board size to fit my box?

As a rule of thumb, the board will fit into a box with the same size. Though, the actual size of the board is slightly smaller   to ensure this. For example, 30cm boards will fit into a 30cm box since the actual size is 29.5cm. 

How to order from The Paper Goods Store website?

  1. Firstly, please make an account in our website. You can simply click here and follow the step.
  2. After you log in into you account, you can choose a product that you want through the tabs on top left of the page. Or, if you already have something in mind, you can also type in the key word of the product you want in the searh bar  (i.e. shape or  color). 
  3. To view details of the product, simply click on the image or name. 
  4. To choose product variant, start with the SIZE you would like to purchase. Then, you can choose the COLOR or PATTERN you would like from the drop-down. 
  5. Finally, input the quantity you need. To add the same product with another COLOR or PATTERN, simply click on the plus button beside the 'qty' box. Then, you can repeat the step above. 
  6. When you have all you need from this product, click 'add to card' button below.
  7. To find another product, please repeat from step 2. We also invite you to surf around our website to find gems you might not have seen!

How long is the shipping time?

Purchase paid after 16.30 (GMT+7) will be sent on the next day (except on Saturday, payment made after 13.30 (GMT+7) will be sent on Monday). Shipping time depends on the location of your shipping address and the shipment service you choose during checkout. We ship our products from our workshop in West Jakarta. You are welcomed to contact us here for queries regarding shipping time should you have further questions. 

What shipping option does The Paper Goods Store provide?

For local customers, we provide service option from:

  • Ojek online for Jakarta and surrounding areas (Go-Send Instant, Go-Send Same Day, Grab Instant, Grab Same Day) 
  • JNE (YES/OKE/REG)
  • Wahana 
  • Kobra Express

For international customers, we ship via our forwarder or you can advise us of your own forwarder. 

Does The Paper Goods Store accept refund and/or exchange?

All sales are final and we are sorry to inform you that we do NOT accept refund and/or exchange. All products have been through a thorough quality control check before we pack them for shipment. Should you receive damaged goods, please report the damage here in 1 x 24 hour upon receipt. Any reports made after the pre-determined period will not be responded. We will review you report of damage however, we are not responsible to compensate and/or resend for any loss or damage of goods happened during shipment. 

How do I track my order?
